A values compass, after Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (Russ Harris). Rate how much each area matters to you right now and write what you want there. Everything stays on this device.
The Both sides tab is for a conflict or conversation: two wheels, one for what you feel and one for your best guess at what it's like for them. Each side gets its own colour, and the list and ✦ translate show the two side by side. Still just you, on this device.
Turn a raw thought ("I feel attacked") into feelings on the wheel. Needs an access code — the ✦ button (bottom right) asks for one until it's set here. Only the text you type in that box is sent to the server; everything else stays on this device.
Everything lives only in this browser. Back it up to a file now and then — especially before clearing browser data.
This page works fully offline once installed to your device — feelings, sessions, and thoughts all stay local.

Wheel content based on Geoffrey Roberts' Feel Wheel. This page is an independent, modified re-implementation inspired by feelingswheel.com — with per-feeling selection, intensities, and journaling export added. Everything you select stays on this device; nothing is sent anywhere.

Say what's going on in your own words and it gets translated into feelings on the wheel. This part needs an access code.
Say it however it comes out — "I feel attacked", "she never listens", "I can't do anything right". It gets translated into feelings on the wheel. Tweak the text and translate again as often as you like; anything you've edited or rated on the wheel is left alone.
Your best guess at their side, as they'd say it — a hypothesis, not a verdict.
